Broward County residents now have a faster, more convenient way to renew their vehicle, boat, and mobile home registrations. The Broward County Tax Collector’s Office has officially launched its new Express Lane service at the Plantation location—offering next-day pick-up for customers who renew online.
This new service is designed to simplify the renewal process while reducing wait times and improving overall customer experience.
What is the Express Lane?
The Express Lane allows residents to complete their registration renewal online and pick up their updated documents within 24 hours at the Plantation office.
Instead of waiting for documents to arrive by mail or spending time in line, customers can now:
- Renew their registration online at BrowardTax.org
- Select the Express Lane option
- Pick up their registration the next business day
This streamlined process provides flexibility and speed—giving residents more control over how and when they receive their documents.

- Advance renewal up to three months before expiration
